Get clearity when you see your  jumbled thought  take shape on paper so you can take positive action.


3.  GO FOR A WALK -

Get some fresh air and give your body some excercise.


4.  GO FOR A CUP OF COFFE  AND PEOPLE WATCH-

Dont feel isolated or alone.


5.  LIVE A LIFE WITH LESS-

Focus  on the important  thingd and let the rest go.

6.  EVALUATE  THE BIGGEST STRESS IN YOUR LIFE AND FIND WAYS TO DEAL  WITH IT HEAD ON-

Dont let in weight you down any longer.

7.  TACKLE THE ONE  THING ON YOUR  TO DO LIST  THAT'S BEEN BUGGING  YOU-

Get it done and out of the way.


8.  LISTAN TO AN INSPIRATIONAL PODCAST-

Fill you brain with motivation .
